Condiciones generales preliminares

Estas condiciones describen el funcionamiento general de RUTA777. Antes de cada pago, el cliente recibe por escrito el servicio elegido, alcance, precio, gastos externos, próximos pasos y condiciones particulares aplicables.
Servicios y pago
Los servicios cotizados en USD se convierten a ARS al dólar blue venta; los servicios con precio fijo en ARS mantienen esa moneda. Para la búsqueda llave en mano, el pago inicial de USD 500 se realiza después de aceptar el contrato y está incluido en el total; el saldo se paga después de confirmar el depósito por el auto elegido. Los demás servicios se pagan al 100% después de aceptar el contrato y antes de comenzar. La inspección adicional tiene un 15% de descuento sobre el precio de la inspección individual calculado para el mismo valor del auto. Tasas, impuestos, informes pagos, verificación física, escribanía, multas y deudas del vehículo no están incluidos salvo indicación escrita expresa.
Inspección y decisión
La inspección registra el estado observable del vehículo en el momento de la revisión y dentro del alcance acordado. No garantiza el estado futuro ni defectos que requieran desmontaje o que no sean detectables con los medios disponibles. RUTA777 informa hechos, riesgos y recomendaciones; la decisión de comprar corresponde al cliente.
Búsqueda y negociación
La búsqueda llave en mano incluye hasta seis inspecciones físicas y la transferencia del vehículo elegido según el alcance publicado. La negociación no garantiza una cifra de ahorro. La distribución 50/50 de una reducción obtenida se explica y documenta antes de aplicarse.
Cancelación, reprogramación y devolución
Las condiciones concretas se informan y aceptan por escrito antes del pago. Mientras el reglamento definitivo no esté aprobado, ningún texto de esta página constituye una promesa automática de devolución o compensación.
Datos pendientes
Antes de la apertura pública deben incorporarse la identificación legal, CUIT, domicilio, jurisdicción contractual y reglas definitivas de cancelación, factura y devolución.

Услуги и оплата
Услуги с ценой в USD пересчитываются в ARS по курсу dólar blue venta; услуги с фиксированной ценой в ARS сохраняют эту валюту. Для подбора под ключ первый платёж USD 500 вносится после принятия договора и входит в общую стоимость; остаток оплачивается после подтверждения депозита за выбранный автомобиль. Остальные услуги оплачиваются на 100% после принятия договора и до начала работы. Дополнительный осмотр стоит на 15% меньше разового осмотра, рассчитанного по той же стоимости автомобиля. Пошлины, налоги, платные справки, физическая проверка, нотариальные расходы, штрафы и долги автомобиля не включены, если письменно не указано иное.
Осмотр и решение
Осмотр фиксирует наблюдаемое состояние автомобиля на момент проверки в согласованном объёме. Он не гарантирует будущее состояние и выявление дефектов, требующих разборки или недоступных применяемыми средствами. RUTA777 предоставляет факты, риски и рекомендации; решение о покупке принимает клиент.
Подбор и торг
Подбор под ключ включает до шести очных осмотров и переоформление выбранного автомобиля в опубликованном объёме. Торг не гарантирует конкретную экономию. Правило 50/50 для достигнутого снижения цены объясняется и фиксируется до применения.
Отмена, перенос и возврат
Конкретные условия сообщаются и принимаются письменно до оплаты. Пока окончательный регламент не утверждён, эта страница не создаёт автоматического обещания возврата или компенсации.
Что необходимо заполнить
До публичного запуска нужно добавить юридическую идентификацию, CUIT, адрес, применимую юрисдикцию и окончательные правила отмены, factura и возврата.

Before payment, each client receives the selected service, scope, price, external costs, next step, and applicable individual terms in writing.
Services and payment
USD-priced services are converted to ARS at the blue dollar selling rate; services with a fixed ARS price keep that currency. For the turnkey search, the initial USD 500 payment is due after accepting the contract and is included in the total; the balance is due after the deposit for the selected car is confirmed. Other services are paid in full after accepting the contract and before work starts. An additional inspection costs 15% less than an individual inspection calculated for the same vehicle value. Government fees, taxes, paid reports, physical verification, notary costs, fines, and vehicle debts are excluded unless expressly stated in writing.
Inspection and decision
An inspection records the vehicle’s observable condition at the time of review and within the agreed scope. It does not guarantee future condition or defects requiring disassembly or unavailable testing methods. RUTA777 provides facts, risks, and recommendations; the client makes the purchase decision.
Search and negotiation
The turnkey search includes up to six physical inspections and ownership transfer for the selected vehicle within the published scope. Negotiation does not guarantee a specific saving. The 50/50 treatment of an achieved price reduction is explained and documented before it is applied.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds
Specific terms are provided and accepted in writing before payment. Until the final policy is approved, this page does not create an automatic promise of a refund or compensation.
